Caipirinha is the national drink of Brazil made with cachaca, a Brazilian rum. Our Caipirinha bar menu consists of over 20 different Caipirinha's, all made with fresh fruits and unique flavors like Blood Orange, Basil & Blackberry, Spiced Pear, Jalapeño Cucumber and Mango... just to name a few.
The idea of reinventing Samba at Universal CityWalk with a fresh, upscale spin sparked our imagination. Working alongside my managing partners and Executive Chef, Jason Rydsik, as well as the design team from Taha Interiors, we've transformed the new Samba into a one-of-a-kind experience.
